Our Account Executives have a strong background in I.T. operations and sales, empowering them to successfully engage with clients ranging from Small Medium Corporate to Global Enterprise. 

Location: Remote, home office


May perform any or all of the following duties: 

  • Drive client acquisition in a defined set of accounts or geography to meet or exceed revenue targets. 
  • Develop and execute against a plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline 
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently following a predefined workflow process within Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Expand within assigned accounts to enable a deeper managed services footprint and greater account control 
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around Microsoft 365 
  • Analyze sales data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy 
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement 
  • When appropriate, work with Microsoft field sales and support to manage joint selling opportunities around non-core services 
  • Assist clients in identifying use cases for Microsoft 365 adoption as well as best practice implementations 


  • 2+ years of technology sales (or equivalent) experience with a focus on inside sales 
  • Relevant experience selling cloud solutions or equivalent 
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities focused on professional services  
  • Experience in positioning and selling managed services to organizational and IT leadership across multiple industry verticals 
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business 
  • Comfort leading CIO/CTO level presentations, solution and whiteboard sessions 
  • Ability to work cooperatively with services and the PMO team 
  • Demonstrated passion for technology, solution design and self-study 
  • Previous experience working in collaborative team environments 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization skills and detail oriented 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Experience working for a systems integrator is preferred 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work or military experience is preferred
