Project Manager


May perform any or all of the following duties: 

  • Lead assigned projects to completion  
  • Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects  
  • Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs & scheduling 
  • Communicate with Vice President of Delivery about resource allocation  
  • Host a project meeting at least once per week for each project under your direction  
  • Refine project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility  
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal resources as needed  
  • Communicate project objectives and/or status to all team members involved on at least a weekly basis 
  • Create and communicate, in a timely manner, meeting minutes for all project meetings that are held under your direction 
  • Other duties as assigned 


  • Working toward or considering a PMP Certification or equivalent experience and/or military experience  
  • Ability to work cooperatively with sales, services and the PMO team 
  • Demonstrated passion for technology, solution delivery and self-study 
  • Previous experience working in collaborative team environments 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, time management skills and detail oriented 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Experience working for a systems integrator is preferred 


  • Home Office environment, fast paced, high volume of activity at times, demanding and deadline driven - project based 


  • Sitting for long periods at a time 
  • Interactive verbal and listening skills for extended periods of time 
  • Occasional travel - 5%
